Commission Receives Agenda Items from Ethiopian Diaspora in the UK

The Commission has successfully gathered agenda items from Ethiopians residing in the UK, Ireland, and other European countries. Participants in the dialogue process have organized and submitted their contributions, ensuring that their voices are heard.

Additionally, members of the Ethiopian diaspora elected representatives to participate in the upcoming National Dialogue Conference. In her closing remarks, Deputy Chief Commissioner Hiroute Gebresellasie expressed heartfelt gratitude to the diaspora for their active engagement in the dialogue process.

As part of the Commission’s established procedures, the agenda items collected from the UK will be consolidated with those received from other regions and platforms. These collective contributions will serve as vital inputs for the National Dialogue Conference, ensuring that the perspectives of the diaspora are well represented in this important national initiative.
