Two Additional Working Groups Reach Consensus on Recommended Proposals

Two additional thematic working groups of the Ethiopian National Dialogue Conference have reached consensus on their recommended proposals on government structure and form; the political system, political representation and election system; and corruption and good governance.

Each of the two working groups, comprising 500 participants, has deliberated on the respective agenda items through the established group structures and levels. Following the deliberations, the groups confirmed their consensus on the compiled recommendations by signing the minutes documenting their decisions.

The two groups are among the eight thematic working groups currently deliberating on the agenda items identified for the National Dialogue Conference. Other working groups are continuing their deliberations in accordance with the established methodology.
