The Role of Persons with Disabilities is Essential to National Dialogue – Commission

The Ethiopian National Dialogue Commission held a consultative meeting with persons with physical disabilities in Bahir Dar city under the theme “The Role of Persons with Disabilities in the National Dialogue.”
Commissioner Bilen Gebremedhin emphasized that the success of the national dialogue process depends on the inclusive participation of all groups, including persons with disabilities. She noted that this community should be encouraged to actively engage in various aspects of the process.
During the program, the Commission presented its activities to date and highlighted the importance of representation and meaningful involvement of persons with disabilities in the dialogue.
